Zscaler announced new capabilities for its Zscaler Digital Experience (ZDX) platform on October 29, 2025, targeting the gap between security enforcement and workforce productivity. The updates include Network Intelligence that reroutes traffic around ISP bottlenecks, managed SaaS monitoring with 24/7 multipath insights, and enterprise-wide device health scoring with remote remediation.
The company reported a 98 percent reduction in issue detection time and resolution timeframes compressed from days to minutes. EVP of Products Dhawal Sharma noted that ISP disruptions cause significant outages and the innovations “give enterprises end-to-end visibility and control to keep users productive.”
The launch complements Zscaler’s zero trust exchange, which processes 500 billion transactions daily, by ensuring that security controls do not create unacceptable latency or connectivity failures. Zscaler also completed its acquisition of SPLX for AI security and Red Canary for MDR during the same period, expanding its platform into AI-driven security operations.
