Insurtech competition showcases latest innovations from late-stage insurance startups and scaleups with market-ready solutions
SYDNEY, Australia, September 23, 2026 — DXC Technology (NYSE: DXC), a leading enterprise technology and innovation partner, today announced the winners of the 2026 DXC Invitational, an insurtech competition designed to uncover the latest innovations for the insurance industry.
The DXC Invitational focuses on identifying late-stage startups and scaleups with market-ready solutions that improve customer experience, increase efficiency, and support compliance across the distribution value chain and lifecycle of a policy, from prevention through to claims management.
Now in its ninth year, the DXC Invitational continues to serve as a valuable launchpad for insurtechs and industry innovators. Each year, we see an exceptional calibre of ideas presented to address some of the insurance industry’s most pressing challenges.
“The 2026 winners demonstrated not only strong innovation, but also practical, scalable solutions that have the potential to deliver meaningful value across the insurance ecosystem. We look forward to exploring opportunities to collaborate with these organisations and help bring their innovations to customers across Australia, New Zealand and beyond,” said Michael Neary, Regional General Manager, Insurance, Asia Pacific, DXC Technology.
DXC collaborated with Insurtech Australia and UTS Startups to identify and showcase emerging technology providers with the potential to make a meaningful impact across the insurance industry. The competition continues to create opportunities for collaboration between established insurers, brokers, technology providers and innovative startups, helping to accelerate the adoption of new ideas and solutions throughout the market.
Commenting on the results, Simone Dossetor, CEO of Insurtech Australia, said, “The quality of this year’s finalists demonstrates the strength of innovation emerging from across Australia and New Zealand. We are proud to partner with DXC in providing a platform for startups and scaleups to connect directly with industry leaders and showcase solutions that have the potential to transform customer outcomes and industry performance.”
