Delinea has expanded its Asia Pacific leadership team with several senior appointments across sales, channel and people functions, reflecting the company’s continued investment in one of its fastest-growing regions.

The appointments are designed to deepen Delinea’s presence across key APAC markets, bringing dedicated leadership closer to customers and partners while strengthening the company’s go-to-market, channel and people strategies. The expanded leadership structure underscores Delinea’s long-term commitment to building durable regional infrastructure and supporting growing demand for modern privileged access management (PAM) and identity security solutions across APAC.

The newly appointed APAC leadership team members and their core areas of focus include:

  • Shane Bellos, General Manager, ANZ – Bellos will lead Delinea’s go-to-market strategy across Australia and New Zealand, with responsibility for driving business growth, deepening customer engagement, and strengthening the company’s presence in the region. His focus will be on helping organisations address increasingly complex identity and privilege management challenges while accelerating adoption of Delinea’s platform.
  • Barry Chen, Regional Sales Director, ASEAN – Chen will lead Delinea’s go-to-market strategy across Southeast Asia, with responsibility for expanding customer relationships, supporting regional growth, and ensuring Delinea’s offerings align with the unique business, regulatory and security requirements of ASEAN markets.
  • Jason Choong, APAC Channel Director – Jason will continue leading Delinea’s channel strategy across Asia Pacific, strengthening the company’s partner-first approach and expanding its regional ecosystem. His focus will be on enabling partners, driving joint growth opportunities, and ensuring customers can access local expertise and support across the region.
  • Amy Sua, HR Manager, APAC – As Delinea’s first dedicated HR Manager in the region, Amy will lead people and culture initiatives across APAC, with a focus on talent acquisition, employee development, retention and organisational growth. Her appointment reflects Delinea’s commitment to building strong local teams and investing in the long-term success of its regional workforce.

“APAC represents a significant growth opportunity for Delinea and is a strategic priority for the business,” said Cynthia Lee, Delinea APJ Vice President. “These appointments reflect our long-term commitment to the region and our confidence in the opportunities ahead. By investing in dedicated leadership across sales, channel and people functions, we’re building the local expertise, customer proximity and partner ecosystem needed to support organisations as they strengthen their identity security strategies.

The appointments reflect Delinea’s broader strategy to increase regional investment and ensure each market receives focused leadership tailored to its unique customer, regulatory and partner dynamics. The company’s structure places senior decision-makers closer to customers and partners, enabling more responsive engagement and locally relevant strategies.

The appointment of APAC’s first dedicated HR Manager further reinforces Delinea’s commitment to building for the long term, supporting local talent, culture and employee development as the company continues to grow across the region.

Together, these appointments establish a foundation for continued investment and future expansion across APAC, while supporting Delinea’s ambition to capitalise on growing demand for modern PAM and identity security solutions, including the expanded capabilities gained through its StrongDM acquisition.
